1. HOW TO ENTER:
Beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/16/09, visit http://youpowerthrough.com/Sweepstakes/index.html and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and click submit. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/15/09. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. If more than one (1) entry is received per person/email address only the first such entry received will be eligible.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
This sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Eaton Corporation (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
3. RANDOM DRAWING:
A random drawing will be conducted on or about 12/23/09 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Eaton Corporation, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Pioneer Blu-ray Disc Player. Total Approximate Retail Value of Sweepstakes: $399.99 USD. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the winner as a result of this Sweepstakes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per person or household. The manufacturer of the prize is not associated or affiliated with, nor have they endorsed, this promotion. Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used herein for identification purposes only.
5. PRIZE REDEMPTION:
A selected entrant will be notified by e-mail sent to the address provided by him/her within 10 business days of date of the random draw. The notification letter will include an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form. To be declared an Official winner the selected entrant must fill out and sign the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release forms and return them to Sponsor within 15 business days of receipt. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 15 business days of the date of the notification, fails to complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release forms within the specified time, or otherwise fails to comply with these Sweepstakes rules, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected in his or her place at random from all remaining entries generated during the applicable draw period. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, incomplete, destroyed, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify selected entrants. Selected entrants must agree to provide required personal information to Sponsor in order to generate tax documents, if required.
6. GENERAL RULES:
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
